The YOGA FESTIVAL of Bolsena is the holistic festival which takes place in front of Lake Bolsena.
It is a sporting, cultural and artistic event in which activities are planned for every level of physical preparation: beginners, the simply curious and expert practitioners, but also teachers and scholars will find themselves in an extraordinary naturalistic context accompanied by artisans and producers of local excellences obtained from the land of Tuscia.
The YOGA FESTIVAL of Bolsena has arrived at its second appointment!
On 21 September 2024, in a single day, the day of the autumnal equinox, from 8 in the morning to 9 in the evening, more than 24 practices will take place carried out by over 16 teachers and masters of yoga and other related disciplines.
The aim is to promote the benefits of yoga and other holistic practices in order to raise awareness of the care of one’s body, but also to pay particular attention to the valorisation of the territory.
